A late 19th Century ruby and diamond half hoop ring. Set with three oval mixed cut pinkish rubies, two measuring approx. 3.0mm x 2.5mm and one 4.5mm x 3.5mm. Estimated weight approx. 0.50 metric carat.
Set alternately with two old brilliant cut diamonds, measuring approx. 3.5mm. Estimated weight 0.31 metric carat. Yellow claw settings, polished yellow shank with carved design shoulders. Hallmarked 18ct gold London 1897.
